All orders are processed in Tustin, CA within 1–3 business days and usually delivers within 7-10 business days.*

Return

• You have 30 days after delivery to request a return for unused, unworn items in their original packaging with all tags and proof of purchase attached.
• To start a return, email support@koti.store; if accepted, we will provide a shipping label and instructions for sending the item to our California facility.
