Koti is committed to providing unique and personalized products of the highest quality. Our Koti Warranty guarantees that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The Koti Warranty applies only to Koti products that are manufactured and offered exclusively through Koti and Koti Authorized Dealers.
In addition to Koti products, our team proudly sources distinctive, premium offerings from select global partners. Our partners offer their own warranties, guaranteeing that their products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. These warranty periods are listed below:
Esalia: No implied warranty is offered. However, we back Esaila products with Koti's thirty (30) day return policy. You may view the policy here.
Lumena: One (1) or Two (2) years from the date of purchase, depending on product selection. All Lumena products ship with a warranty card containing information on coverage length and details.
Owlpack / Si Balcon: Thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
All warranty coverage periods begin at the end of Koti's thirty (30) day return policy. Please retain proof of purchase for any warranty related requests.

Details
We strive to manufacture products of the highest quality. Rare malfunctions and defects may occur and if they do, we are dedicated to promptly assisting and providing necessary services and replacements. Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.
Warranty coverage is valid only within the continental United States and Canada. Products being used or delivered outside of these regions are excluded from our warranty. Any items shipped via third-party services outside of the continental United States or Canada are not covered under the Koti Warranty.
Items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or items purchased from second hand marketplaces such as eBay, Facebook, Craigslist, etc... are not covered under our Koti Warranty.
Warranty coverage is void on any products that have had original parts removed and replaced with third-party parts or any products that have had unauthorized repairs made.
What isn't covered
Normal wear and tear: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product including but not limited to scratches, dents or color fading over time.
Color and texture variations: Variations in surface materials (e.g., colorfastness, matching grains, textures, and colors across different substrates and production lots) and natural aging in materials such as wood, clear coat finishes, plastic and leather are not covered. For example, natural variations in wood veneers, including character marks, grain patterns, and color changes over time, are not considered defects.
Unauthorized modifications: Any modifications or alterations made to the product without the explicit consent of Koti will void the warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, adding or removing parts or altering the structure of the product.
Improper use and damage: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or misuse of the product. This includes using products for purposes other than those intended by the manufacturer and damage caused by mishandling.
Environmental damage: Damage caused by environmental factors, such as exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, sunlight, pests, or mold, is not covered.
Accidents and natural disasters: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, such as drops, spills, or impacts, or from natural disasters, such as floods, earthquakes, or fires.
Transportation and storage: Damage that occurs during transportation or storage of the product, when not handled by the manufacturer or an authorized agent, is not covered by this warranty.
Commercial use: Unless explicitly specified, products used in commercial environments are not included in this warranty.
Maintenance and cleaning: Damage resulting from improper maintenance or cleaning methods not recommended by Koti is not covered.
Third party components: Components or products not originally manufactured or authorized by Koti are not covered under this warranty.
Unapproved repairs: Any repair work carried out by unauthorized service providers will void the warranty. All repairs must be conducted by the manufacturer or an authorized repair service to maintain warranty validity.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
